I'm the sole engineer of ChurnSync at Link3. Phase 1 made it the single source of truth for churn reporting. Phase 2 builds data pipelines over incident data for 335k+ customers, identifies the major churn indicators, alerts on them automatically, and trains a churn-prediction model on historical data.
